Reservation of a listing requires payment of a reservation fee.
The fee is 9 000 PLN.
After the form is submitted and the reservation fee is registered on homfi’s account, you will receive confirmation of the reservation from our agent. It may require up to 24 business hours, but usually does not take that long.
By reserving a listing through this form, you are declaring the will to purchase it for the listed price no later than at the time specified in the form and approved by the seller.
Remember that the reservation of the property is not equivalent to the purchase of the property, nor is it preliminary sales agreement of the property, nor does it grant the preemption right to you. The purchase of the reserved property depends on the consistent will of the seller and the buyer and will take place on the basis of the separate agreement between them only.
Reservation confirmed
When you sign a preliminary/final agreement of purchase of the reserved listing and make the advance payment (in the event of a preliminary agreement) or full payment (in the event of a final agreement) for the real estate, the reservation fee will be returned to your account. If you should withdraw from the transaction (real estate purchase), the reservation fee will not be returned.
If the transaction is not concluded for reasons attributable to the seller, the reservation fee will be returned.
Reservation rejected
Some reservations cannot be confirmed due to various reasons beyond the control of homfi – a decision made by the seller, earlier reservation by someone else, and others.
If your reservation is rejected, the payment made to homfi in scope of the reservation fee will be returned to the same bank account, from which it was made..
