You probably have a lot on your plate, which is why we recommend option one. :)

Of course, it happens all the time. Such a transaction requires a little more formalities, particularly the bank’s consent to delete the mortgage registry, but don’t worry, homfi’s agent will remind you of everything. There is no problem even when the buyer finances the purchase with a credit.

The rental management service offered by homfi is developed in a way that does not require your involvement. All you do is collect rental funds to your account and a report from the most recent month on a monthly basis. Contrary to real estate rental brokerage services, management is a service performed on a continuous basis for an established number of years. There is no initial fee to be charged from the real estate owner, just the monthly fee for management collected from payments made by the tenant. Start by specifying your needs and requirements towards the real estate you want. Is it supposed to be a house, an apartment, a place of business, where is it supposed to be, how many rooms do you need, what elements do you require (balcony, garden, parking space)? Prepare a minimum plan (of absolute necessities) and a list of things that will be nice to have to help the agent prepare the offers right for you. Then consider your finances. If you have cash, you know how much you can spend, but don’t forget about the costs of the transaction itself. Besides the price of the real estate, the buyer usually covers the transaction costs. The landlord has 30 days to return it following expiration of rental and may deduct any outstanding payments in scope of utility consumption, cleaning, or damages to the property. This is why you should always pay your bills on time and repair all potential damages.
