Preparing the apartment and listing


We do an inventory, prepare a cost estimate and an action plan. Once you approve it — we go into action. We complete the necessary furnishings, schedule cleaning, arrange the interior, organize a professional photo shoot and prepare the listings for publication.

Finding the right guests
