Operating Costs

Utilities are billed according to actual consumption:

Water and sewage – based on individual meter readings (billed every two months)
Electricity – based on office meter readings and the tenant's proportional share of common area electricity consumption (billed every two months)
Heating – based on an individual heat allocation meter connected to the gas heating system and gas supplier invoices (billed monthly during the heating season only)

Additional costs:

Dedicated parking spaces – PLN 100 net + VAT per space/month
Waste collection – to be arranged and paid for by the tenant
Office cleaning, routine maintenance and minor repairs – the tenant's responsibility

The tenant is required to maintain public liability insurance with a minimum coverage limit of PLN 100,000.
