5. in area 18U/1, a protective green belt with a width of not less than 10 m is required, as indicated in the plan drawing;
6. the building coverage ratio may not exceed 60% of the plot area;
7. the biologically active area must constitute at least 20% of the plot area;
8. technical solutions ensuring proper acoustic conditions must be applied in public utility buildings;
9. open storage yards are not permitted.
