I feel most comfortable where a transaction requires more than standard solutions.
In my work, I often encounter properties and situations that require finding solutions where others primarily see difficulties. Complex transactions, demanding negotiations, or properties with potential that still needs to be discovered — these are exactly the cases where I perform best.
My interest in space began very early. As a child, I used to draw houses and room layouts, and discovering graph paper, which allowed me to create my first functional floor plans, was a real breakthrough for me. This fascination with space, light, and the potential of places has stayed with me ever since.
I entered the real estate industry with experience in human resources management and sales. Thanks to this background, people, a well-planned process, and transparent rules of cooperation are equally important in my work. Clients value my reliability, high professional ethics, and the calm way I handle even the most demanding transactions.
I continuously develop my skills and regularly participate in industry training. I hold a real estate broker license.
I also serve as a team leader in the Warsaw branch, supporting the development of a team of real estate agents. In teamwork, I focus on support, knowledge sharing, and a partnership-based approach.
Privately, I enjoy sailing with my family — and perhaps this is where my professional mindset comes from: staying calm in challenging conditions, having a solid strategy, and safely bringing every matter to the harbor.
