SAG "Nowa Huta Przyszłości - Igołomska Północ" is an investment area of approx. 17 ha prepared with utilities and access, entirely for incubators, services, and industry. All plots within both activity zones (northern and southern) have already been occupied, and the area is beginning to develop. Distances from the facility:
• S7 expressway - 5 km
• A4 motorway (Bieżanów junction) - 10 km

PROPERTY:
