• new local spatial development plan (only waiting for its adoption on March 2026) building plot

Before the new spatial development comes into force, the price is significantly reduced (~ PLN 80/m2) compared to the average price of building land in the area (~ PLN 110/m2).

Once the MPZP comes into force, the investor will be able to implement several scenarios to increase the potential of the property:
a) small houses - 70m2 (which do not require a permit)
b) single-family house/semi-detached house for yourself
c) slow life / glamping
d) developer - construction of several houses
