ATTENTION.

I am going to take you for a short walk to Annopol, and in fact to its surroundings. The village of Jakubowice and the Vistula escarpment on which the plot is located. Here is a place that will provide both peace and quiet, and will also be convenient from a logistic point of view for its future owners.

LOCATION:

The plot is located within the village of Jakubowice, 1.5 km west of the town of Annopol. It is the border of the Świętokrzyskie and Lublin provinces. Both the neighboring Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and Kraśnik are 30 km away. The biggest advantage of this place is the direct vicinity of the river - the Vistula. This place guarantees easy access to places such as Kielce or Lublin. Road No. 74 is located about 600 m from the property, yet access to it is via a road, hidden behind light hills, which guarantees silence and seclusion of the place.
