Signatures on two stoves, manufactured at the German Hermann Schmidt factory in Velten, at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, original doors and tiles, crowns.
• Gas and WOD-KAN installation - completely new, two independent water and gas meters for renting two independent apartments. PURMO double-plate, panel heaters. Copper connections. Combined boiler Buderus GB022K - 20 KW, new chimney insert led to the roof, i.e. through two floors above.
