For many years, real estate had been the industry in which I ultimately saw myself building my professional career. Today, with great satisfaction, I can say that I am exactly where I have wanted to be for a long time.

Before deciding to take this step, I spent years gaining experience in sales, customer service and team management. I worked in environments that required responsibility, excellent organization, quick decision-making and the ability to build strong relationships with people. I managed large teams, trained employees, achieved sales targets and learned to remain precise and composed even in situations that required quick action.

However, the idea of working as a real estate agent had been with me for many years. It was not a spontaneous decision to change careers. I prepared for it for a long time, expanding my knowledge and making sure that this was the industry in which I wanted to build my future. I completed a real estate brokerage course and independently developed my knowledge of the market and the transaction process.

Today, I can combine in one profession everything that has always been closest to me - working with people, sales, a dynamic working environment and responsibility - with an industry that has genuinely interested me for many years. That is why the opportunity to begin this journey at homfi gives me great satisfaction and even greater motivation to continue developing professionally.

In my work, I find great satisfaction in knowing that everything has been taken care of exactly as it should be. I like to be well prepared, I pay attention to detail and I want to be sure that I have done everything to the best of my ability. In my relationships with clients, I focus above all on attentive listening, clear communication and commitment. I believe that behind every property there is a specific story, a particular need and often one of the most important decisions in a person’s life. Therefore, I want to be more than just an intermediary in a transaction. Above all, I want to be someone who guides the client through the entire process in a clear and well-organized way, giving them confidence that their matter is in good hands.

In my personal life, I also enjoy continuous development. I read a lot, particularly books on personal growth, listen to podcasts, take part in training courses and am interested in mindfulness. I find balance through creative activities - I love cooking and baking, enjoy painting, creating various artistic projects, playing board games and taking care of my garden. I divide my time between my loved ones, my interests and two rabbits, who definitely have their own opinions about how the home should be organized.
