In my work, I focus primarily on a client-oriented and unconventional approach to sales.

At homfi, I will be responsible for:

• recruiting and developing the sales team,
• managing and coordinating the branch's operations, including the quality of activities and achievement of targets,
• developing agents' skills and competencies,
• maintaining homfi's image and strengthening its position in the local market.

In my new role, I will be responsible for building and developing a new team in Kraków. By working closely with the other Directors, I intend to strengthen homfi's position in its home market of Kraków. My primary goal is to build a strong, stable, and energetic team of Agents.

What do I do in my free time?

• I train in martial arts,
• I travel the world,
• I sail.
