My name is Oskar Kruszniewski, and for many years I have been developing my expertise in sales and building long-term relationships with people. I believe that trust, commitment and problem-solving skills are the foundations of successful cooperation. That is why I approach every client individually, with complete professionalism and dedication.
I began my journey in sales at the age of 15, working in the hospitality industry. I progressed from waiter to manager, gaining valuable experience in customer service, team management and working under time pressure. It was during this period that I realised that the greatest value in sales lies in relationships and the ability to listen carefully to another person’s needs.
I have been involved in the real estate market for four years and have been actively working as a real estate agent for the past two years. During my first year in the profession, I successfully acquired more than 20 apartments within just two months. This experience taught me excellent organisation, responsibility and the ability to work effectively while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
I continuously develop my skills by taking part in training courses focused on negotiation, sales and the investment property market. I understand that the real estate market is constantly evolving, which is why I prioritise continuous development and providing my clients with up-to-date knowledge and the best available solutions.
Outside of work, I am passionate about sport and a healthy lifestyle. Regular physical activity and a strong focus on balanced nutrition teach me discipline, consistency and perseverance — qualities that I also apply in my professional life.
