Michał Zieliński

Real estate agent and investor – effectiveness built on experience.

Since 2020, I have been actively investing in real estate. I have completed my own investment projects on both the British and Polish markets. Thanks to this, I understand well the perspective of both the seller and the buyer. I combine the practical mindset of an investor with a professional approach to client service.

I focus on specifics, effectiveness, and good communication. I am a positive, open, and committed person. Outside of work, I value an active lifestyle, including Brazilian jiu-jitsu training, which teaches me discipline and consistency - qualities that I also bring into my work with clients.

If you need support with selling, renting, or rental management, feel free to get in touch. I will be happy to help and guide you through the entire process step by step.

My partner and I came across Homfi by chance while looking for an apartment. We were incredibly lucky that Mr. Michał Zieliński became our agent. He is a competent, helpful, and dedicated person. Mr. Michał was available at any time and every day. He advised, helped, and supported us throughout the entire verification process and then the rental process, even though we encountered a truly difficult landlord. Additionally, he is a person who knows how to incorporate a touch of his private life into professional matters, showing his human, not only professional, side. I wholeheartedly recommend the Homfi office, and above all Mr. Michał Zieliński. Magda Rogowska

Working with Michał Zieliński on the sale of our plot was a pure pleasure and a bull's-eye! Michał is incredibly professional, committed, and a very positive person. The entire process was lightning fast and completely stress-free – all the formalities were taken care of, leaving us with nothing to worry about. I wholeheartedly recommend working with homfi, and with Michał in particular!

Mr. Michał Zieliński made it possible for my apartment to be rented out in a very short time, which was very important to me. He is a professional who provides valuable information about renting. He prepared all the documentation clearly, explained everything thoroughly and handled all the settlements reliably. In addition, he is so friendly and approachable that after our first conversation, I knew I would sign a contract with this agency. I had a very good experience working with Mr. Michał Zieliński and recommend him to everyone. Roma
