Since 2014, I have been professionally involved in sales and customer service.
Working as an insurance agent taught me how to properly protect the key values in my clients’ lives, so they could feel confident that in the event of an unforeseen situation, they would be able to count on financial support. The banking industry showed me that financial stability is something that helps people function smoothly in everyday life and sleep peacefully at night.
Working in the tourism industry in an international environment made me realize that it is possible to find common ground with every person, as long as there are shared interests. Customer service is, in a way, a journey combined with a positive atmosphere of relationship-building.
Twenty years of experience in sport taught me that perseverance, determination, ambition, hard work, and taking risky but calculated decisions are the same factors that make you successful in business. A good entrepreneur is someone who brings value to their clients’ lives and meets their needs.
