Let me start from the beginning: I had a very negative attitude toward real estate agents due to not-so-good experiences from a few years ago.

When deciding to sell my apartment this time, I also tried to avoid them like the plague. However, after a few conversations with Mr. Paweł, I decided to trust him and entrust him with the sale of my apartment and guiding me through the entire process. (I should note here that I do not live in Poland, which made the process much more difficult for me personally.)

Working with Mr. Paweł turned out to be a perfect choice! The listing was published at the beginning of February, the preliminary contract was signed on February 12, and the notarial deed of sale was signed on April 11! Wow, an amazing pace.
