For two months, I tried to sell an apartment in Rzeszów on my own — I spent PLN 2,000 promoting the listings and got no results. I had had enough and handed the matter over to an agency. My situation with the sale of the apartment was not easy – an inheritance involving minors, issues with documents at public offices, the inheritance court decision, and other complications that arose along the way, none of which were my fault.
