I highly recommend this real estate agency. Working with Patryk and Mariusz was top-notch – complete professionalism, excellent communication, and commitment at every stage. All matters were explained clearly and efficiently, and the entire process proceeded smoothly and in a very friendly atmosphere. Their extensive experience, reliability, and individual approach to each client are evident. I am very pleased with the assistance I received and wholeheartedly recommend both Patryk and Mariusz, as well as the entire agency.

For two months, I tried to sell an apartment in Rzeszów on my own — I spent PLN 2,000 promoting the listings and got no results. I had had enough and handed the matter over to an agency. Patryk Kopeć from Homfi sold it. He proved his value most of all when the BUYERS, who were being assisted by a completely different agency, encountered mortgage problems. It was not his responsibility, yet he used his contacts to speed up the mortgage procedures and see the transaction through to completion. He had been equally reliable from the start: professionally arranged photographs, with a photographer and two men bringing an entire carload of accessories — the apartment looked like it belonged in a catalogue; regular email reports on the listing results and advertising expenses; and personal attendance at every viewing. My only task was not to get in the way. All the formalities, the notary appointment and the key handover protocol were prepared and completed quickly. Throughout the entire process, Patryk behaved not only like a professional sales agent, but practically like a good friend. The commission, which had initially been my biggest obstacle, turned out to be fully justified. I highly recommend him and thank him.

Дякуємо за чудову співпрацю та однозначно рекомендуємо його кожному, хто шукає ефективного агента з нерухомості!

I wanted to share my appreciation for the great service I have received. All my requests have been taken into account. Huge thanks to Patryk Kopeć for his amazing attitude; his flexibility with timing and his dedication to helping out at any hour.

This was my first time renting an apartment through a real estate agency. Not only did they help me find the right apartment, but they also supported me throughout the entire rental period. After almost two years, I can say that it was a very convenient solution.

The agency’s representatives were always available and worked to resolve any issues on an ongoing basis. Financial settlements were fully transparent, and I received answers to every question within 24 hours.

The move-out process, which is usually not the simplest, also went smoothly and without unnecessary complications.

What deserves special recognition is the full professionalism, availability and openness. The person who handled all matters was Patryk Kopeć — everything went smoothly and in a very friendly atmosphere.

Patryk Kopeć helped us with the rental — everything went smoothly, quickly, and without any issues.

Mr. Patryk provided professional, thorough, and reliable service at the highest level. Thanks to his support, the entire apartment purchase process went very smoothly and without stress.

I am pleased to recommend homfi and working with Mr. Patryk Kopeć.

My situation with the sale of the apartment was not easy – an inheritance involving minors, issues with documents at public offices, the inheritance court decision, and other complications that arose along the way, none of which were my fault. Thanks to Mr. Patryk, however, we managed to get through this truly challenging sale and the entire formal process practically without problems. I received full support at every stage – arranging viewings, attending meetings, maintaining constant contact, and closely supervising the case. The time needed to sell the apartment and find buyers was just a few days.

Previously, I had worked for several months with a few real estate agencies under open agreements and, honestly, my experiences were not positive. Clients were not properly followed up, communication was lacking, refusals came after delays, and there was a lot of unnecessary stress. Because of that, I was not convinced about signing an exclusive agreement.

From the first meeting with Mr. Patryk to signing the exclusive contract, about four months passed. During that time, he regularly stayed in touch, showed genuine interest in the case, and patiently built my trust. Ultimately, he convinced me to proceed with an exclusive agreement – and it turned out to be the best decision. The result? The apartment was sold within one month.

I strongly recommend entrusting your property exclusively to homfi and Mr. Patryk and waiting calmly for the right buyers.

While cooperating with the homfi office on the sale of my apartment, I was given genuine care — real care — from Mr. Patryk Kopeć. The entire process of finding a buyer, preparing the sales documents, and ultimately selling the apartment was thoroughly and exemplary monitored.

The ongoing cooperation with Mr. Patryk, his competence, great commitment and knowledge, and above all his exceptional empathy, are sincerely worthy of recommendation.

Me and my family were taken care of by Patryk Kopec, who was always there for us throughout the procedure.
