For 14 years, I have been associated with banking, starting my career by supporting customers in a call center, advancing to the position of Branch Director at one of the leading Polish banks. This allowed me to precisely understand customer expectations and develop my sales skills, which I use in my current work.
Studies at the Pedagogical Department in my role as an agent help me better understand and define customer needs. In my actions, I value a high standard of service, honesty, and mutual trust at every stage of the transaction.
As a follower of work-life balance, in my free time, I travel, showing the world to my sons, and organize home movie nights full of action cinema.
