We had a great experience selling our apartment with Justyna Kawecka. She is super professional and quick to respond. We live abroad, so we couldn't do everything ourselves. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, provided frequent updates and gave us really detailed instructions when needed. The photos and videos of our place were awesome. From the day the offer went online until we sold it, it only took a little over 5 weeks. We totally recommend her.

I wholeheartedly recommend working with Ms. Justyna Kawecka from the homfi real estate office. Ms. Justyna guided us through the property purchase process from the very first contact all the way to signing the notarial deed. The entire transaction lasted over six months and was far from standard, which is why we appreciate her professionalism, commitment, patience, and highly individual approach to the client even more.

Throughout this time, we felt fully supported and secure. Ms. Justyna kept us informed about every stage of the process, explained all our doubts, and made sure that everything proceeded as calmly and efficiently as possible. She stands out for her high personal culture, reliability, excellent communication, and great kindness.

From the very first contact, we felt at ease and could count on their support right up to the finalization of the sale, and even afterwards - with the formalities related to transferring the utilities.

Thank you very much, and we will definitely come back to you again!

I wholeheartedly recommend working with Ms. Justyna Kawecka!

From the very first contact, we felt that we were in the right hands. Ms. Justyna guided us through the entire process of purchasing the property with great professionalism, commitment, and calmness.

The greatest comfort for us was that we did not have to remember deadlines, documents, or formalities, because Ms. Justyna watched over everything. At every stage, we could count on quick communication, clear answers, and full support. Thanks to this, the entire process was much less stressful and went really smoothly.

To everyone who is planning to sell a property and expects high-level service, I would like to wholeheartedly recommend the Homefi real estate agency and its Real Estate Sales and Rental Specialist, Ms. Justyna Kawecka.

In my case, the process of selling the property was complex, unexpectedly extended over time and, as often happens in the real estate industry, not everything went according to plan. That is why I appreciate even more the fact that throughout this entire period, Ms. Justyna showed exceptional patience, consistency, and professionalism. Not for a moment did I feel that, despite the objective difficulties, the sale was left “unattended” or pushed into the background.

Communication was timely, clear, and factual. The cooperation was carried out without unnecessary actions and with full transparency. At every stage, the activities covered by the agreement - from property valuation, through viewings and negotiations with potential buyers, to finalizing the transaction at the notary’s office - were conducted in line with the proper standards of sales. Ms. Justyna regularly informed me about the progress, responded quickly to any questions, and signaled possible complications on an ongoing basis or even in advance. In practice, this meant that I was always up to date with how the situation was developing and well informed. An extremely important fact is that I managed the entire sale from abroad.

Ms. Justyna’s involvement in negotiations and coordination of all formalities also deserves recognition: documentation, contact with the notary, verification of the legal status of the property, permits, contact with offices, clients, etc. Everything was handled with due diligence, without unnecessary discussions or delays.

Homefi is a well-thought-out approach to business, effectiveness, and above all, a flexible and active approach to the client. This is something that is unfortunately often missing on the real estate market.

If you are looking for an agency you can trust in a demanding sales process, you have come to the right place. Thank you to Ms. Justyna and the Homefi team. Nothing to add, nothing to take away. I recommend them.
