PVC window joinery, triple-glazed windows, external window sills made of steel sheet. The balconies will be covered with a composite board. The door joinery is also planned to be installed. The garage door will be made as an insulated, automatic, with two remote controls.

All necessary utilities are available in the building, i.e. gas heating for the stove, water and sewage (municipal) installation, gas installation, electrical installation, teletechnical installations, RTV. The building has underfloor heating. Gravity ventilation is provided.

The "Osiedle Świętopełka" property is under construction - the date is scheduled for May 2023. I also sell other terraced houses.
