This residence is a neo-Renaissance, majestic Manor from Czarny Jar, erected in the years 1880-1890 together with the associated park with old trees and a pond.

Manor of Zaprężyn is located on the picturesque trail of the Trzebnickie Hills, and the unique Barycz Valley begins nearby.
The village of Zaprężyn is located about 20 kilometers to the north-east of the borders of Wrocław. The palace complex is located in the center of the village, north of the main road.

PROPERTY:

The amazing body of the building consists of 4 floors with a similar area of ​​approx. 220 m2 each - a basement, 2 floors, an attic.
The basement part is high and all rooms are illuminated with daylight, which is quite unusual and interesting at the same time. The lowest storey is characteristic due to the impressive brick vaults and the originally preserved floor.
Both on the ground floor and on the first floor there are 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms.
The attic is very high and impressive due to the good condition of the solid beams and the light that comes interestingly from the intimate windows.

Some of the windows and doors are closed in a semi-circle, the other windows are simple and framed in stone. All corners are decorated with convex stone slabs.
A separate yet mysterious place in the garden is the ice house with brick vaults. Apparently there is a passage from it to the Court somewhere...

The entire complex requires a general renovation, a place for a connoisseur who can see beauty in time, because a new building will never reflect such an atmosphere as the old walls "with a soul" impress. The building was certainly devastated inside by Soviet and German soldiers and then carelessly handed over to many families who rather did not understand the beauty of the Manor. However, the body itself is very well thought out, solid and has a beautiful brick inside, which should be exposed because it can become an original background in interior design.
It is ideal for a family residence, hotel, spa, intimate wedding celebrations, a medical clinic, a grand kindergarten or a representative company headquarters, a training center.
Both the garden and the interior are a great subject for photos.

The facility surrounded by greenery is an enclave of peace and intimacy. Usually, people fall silent here, blending in with the sounds of nature - the rustle of trees, the chirping of birds, the croaking of frogs or the sounds of ducks that constantly come here ... Behind the pond, although beyond the borders of the Manor, there is a hill with a continuation of the ravine, from where roe deer and deer sometimes come. A flowing stream separates the borders belonging to the Manor from the gorge, but in fact these borders blur and the forest feels as if it was part of the estate.
