From the pond there is a beautiful view of a private farm of fallow deer, red deer and Scottish cows.
The building was made in energy-saving technology. Thanks to the use of professional thermal insulation and a wooden structure from the renowned DrewHome company, the air is heated, not the walls of the building :)

• over 35 m2 terrace made of beautiful limestone slabs from India, terrace prepared for the assembly of pergolas,
• the facade of the house was sprayed with silicate-silicone plaster,
• wooden part of the façade made of fired Siberian larch,
• wooden floor made of layered ash boards, waxed and oiled,
• large-format tiles on the walls and floors, mainly Italian,
• most of the furniture is made to measure, to order in carpentry workshops,
• a sofa ordered to size from Italy,
• oak tables and coffee tables, oiled to match the color of the floor,
• wooden stairs and window sills oiled to match the color of the floor.
