The tenement house was renovated in the Art Déco style in 2021, typical of Krakow's modernism, with the addition of an emblem in the form of a flying "Heron", made by Stefan Dousa, a professor at the Krakow University of Technology. The superstructure of the tenement house is maintained in a consistent style with its historical part and will be crowned with a monumental attic.
