We are pleased to present you a house with a usable area of ​​128.5 m2 - built according to building guidelines, designed by Pracownia Architektoniczna.

The presented property is a plot of land of approximately 1,200 m2, developed with a single-family, 2-storey, wooden structure building.

CONSTRUCTION:

The structure of the building is made of KVH type wood - elements are processed, glued and prepared using one of the safest, most effective and modern methods. KVH wood meets the rigorous statics and load-bearing capacity standards in accordance with DIN 4074-1 - the elements developed in this way, created according to modern technology, offer extraordinary durability and aesthetic appearance.

WALLS:

The external façade consists of a Fermacell H20 / HD fiber-cement construction board, which is finished on the outside with a thin-layer plaster laid on an adhesive reinforced with mesh. The Fermacell board is a vapor-permeable material, which is also largely responsible for the statics of the building. Thanks to the increase of the wall cross-section to 20 cm and the use of a thicker layer of insulation, a very good insulation of the house was obtained, while maintaining "breathing". The use of this technology also increases the fire resistance of the F-90 on both sides.
In addition, due to the use of the above-mentioned structure, it was possible to remove thermal bridges in places of solid wood (and many other details, such as acrylic vapor-permeable tapes or a drip system), which additionally positively affects the building's protection against weather conditions.

FASTENERS-STATIC, WINDOW JOINERY, FIRE PROTECTION, WIND INSULATION

To ensure the highest stiffness of the carpentry joints for the entire building, the SPAX joint was used, which maximally transfers tensile and compressive forces. Such connections are highly resistant to wind suction, which allows them to be used with roof trusses.

The windows used in accordance with the latest technologies and guidelines (conditions specified by the Institute of Building Technology), made of high-quality materials, additionally sealed with vapor-permeable expansion tapes (resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation).

The H20 / HD boards contain only minerals, do not contain flammable substances - thanks to this, the class of building material A1 according to DIN and PN was achieved - a certificate issued by the Material Testing Office in Germany and the Building Research Institute. The double-sided use of Fermacell boards allows to meet the F30 / F90 fire protection conditions. Windproofing is also ensured thanks to the effective connection of the supporting structure elements with the proven jointing technique (Powerpanel H20 boards).

Of the most important technical aspects:
  • building put into use in 2013 (full documentation available for inspection),
  • gas heating (partially floor heating),
  • Energa energy network,
  • water supply connection,
  • energy performance certificate.
