LOCATION:

The town is located a short distance from the Tri-City - we can reach the center of Gdańsk in about 40 minutes by car, and the journey to Gdynia will take just over an hour. This makes Jantar a perfect location for anyone who appreciates the proximity of the agglomeration, but dreams of a break from the pace of life in the city and appreciates peace and quiet.

Jantar is a tourist town - in the summer season it is teeming with life, in the winter it becomes quiet and peaceful, but full of walkers. In addition to attractions, Jantar has a full infrastructure that meets the daily needs of residents, incl. indoor swimming pool, primary school, church, shops, service and food outlets.

The plot is located a short distance from the main street of Jantar, i.e. Gdańska Street. Currently, access to the plot is provided from Gdańska Street through Wczasowa Street. Directly adjacent to the plot is Zacisze Street, which, together with Młyńska Street, is to be implemented by the Commune.

The local spatial development plan for part of the Jantar village is in force. Resolution XLIII / 438/2014 of 2014-06-12

Purpose: areas of single-family housing with admission to tourist services such as tourist accommodation rooms. The size of the building area in relation to the plot area is maximum 22%. Building height up to 9.5 m.

Forms of development: free-standing buildings, max. two-storey with an attic, with a knee wall with a maximum height of 1.2 m. Roof shape: gable roof with an angle of 38 - 45 °, roofing with tiles or metal tiles in shades of gray or red or brown.
