The building was designed by the famous local architect Antoni Wasiucionka. The building has six floors, and the shape refers to the local buildings, a winter garden is planned at the back, which will make the stay of hotel guests more attractive. Currently, the building is in an open shell, made of good quality ceramic blocks. Each floor has partition walls in accordance with the project plans. Soundproofing materials were used.

Świeradów is a place popular among visitors from the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland. The healing season here lasts eight months, the next four are the ski season. It is ideally located: from here it is approx. 2 hours drive to Wrocław, but also to Prague and Dresden. The highest observation tower in Poland attracts tourists like magnesium.
