I have been working in the real estate industry with passion and experience for over 15 years. I hold a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk. I give lectures on effective sales and negotiation strategies. I emphasize the importance of analyzing the client’s needs to select the best method of cooperation that leads to a win-win outcome. For years, I have been building top-performing agent teams across Poland. The highlight of my career was receiving the nationwide award for Best Director.
