This property is an excellent option for a new development investment. The plot is located in Milejowice, directly on the western border of Radom (near Taczowska Street). The elevation difference along the entire length of the plot is only 90 centimeters, significantly minimizing the costs associated with ground leveling during the project preparation phase.

Starting in June 2026, the area will be covered by a new local development plan (MPZP), which assigns the plot to the SJ zone – designated for single-family housing. The land has a RIIIb valuation class, but thanks to the adoption of the local plan, the procedure for excluding the land from agricultural production becomes a predictable and standardized formal process.
