2) minimum indicator of biologically active area: 70%;
3) development intensity index: 0.1 – 0.4;
4) maximum building height: 9m, whereby the height of:
a) existing buildings and facilities used for agriculture may not exceed: 7m,
b) farm buildings, detached garages, sheds, gazebos and existing greenhouses may not exceed: 5m,
5) minimum area of ​​newly allocated plots:
a) for one detached single-family residential building: 600 m²,
b) for one single-family residential building in a semi-detached development: 500 m².

II. About the R designation - agricultural areas:
1) The basic purpose of areas
R, referred to in par. 1 are:
a) agricultural crops,
b) woodlots;
2) The following permissible purpose is assumed:
a) access roads to agricultural land,
b) infrastructure networks.

2. The following conditions of development and management are established:
1) the location of residential buildings is prohibited;
2) it is permissible to maintain the use of existing allotment gardens

The construction part is approx. 36 ares, while the agricultural part is approx. 7 ares.
