A new ecological house near Poznań!

I am pleased to present the design of a modern, ecological house with a usable area of 280 m2, which harmoniously combines comfort of life with care for the natural environment.

Architecture and Finishing:
The house is made of wood using HBE technology, which not only gives it a natural charm, but also fits into the ecological nature of the project. Thermal insulation of the walls and ceiling was made using Steico technology. The ventilated facade was made of burnt larch boards. The floors are lined with architectural concrete, which is not only durable, but also aesthetically pleasing to the interior. The basement is made of concrete blocks, XPS thermal insulation, bituminous waterproofing using botament technology. Additionally, an underfloor heating system was used in all rooms, ensuring thermal comfort and energy savings. Large, aluminum, triple-glazed windows in the living room provide an abundance of natural light and connection with the surroundings, and allow you to admire the beauty of nature from behind the glass. Installations:
The house is powered by an environmentally friendly Panasonic Aquarea SERIES HP heat pump, which allows for effective use of thermal energy from the environment. It is also possible to install photovoltaic panels, which will allow for even greater energy independence and minimize CO2 emissions. The ThesslaGreen Airpack Home 800V Energy recuperation system ensures a constant supply of fresh air to the interior of the house, ensuring optimal health conditions for the residents.

Room layout:
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and a bathtub, which ensures comfort and intimacy. Additionally, on the ground floor there is a toilet and a spacious living room with an open kitchen and an island, an ideal place to spend time with family and friends. There is also space for a separate office and laundry room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom with a built-in toilet. Basement: The basement with an area of approx. 100 m2 offers many arrangement possibilities, for example it can be transformed into a studio or any other room due to the height of the rooms. It is also possible to separate a two-car garage.

Surroundings and Location:
The house is situated on a plot of 2,500 m2 in Pawłowice, surrounded by fields, which ensures silence and privacy. Behind the garden there is an area protected by the Natura 2000 program, which guarantees the preservation of the natural character of the surroundings. Thanks to this location, the house is an oasis of peace, and at the same time, after installing photovoltaic panels, it will be self-sufficient.
