It enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Przymorze, with very good connections throughout the Tri‑City area. ZKM (city bus) and SKM (fast urban railway) stops are nearby. Within 700–900 m (a 5‑minute walk) you’ll find the Alchemia and Olivia Business Centre. The University of Gdańsk Faculty of Law and Administration (UG WPiA) is about 1 km away (a 10‑minute walk).
