Podlasie has its own unique charm, vast areas, surrounded by wild nature, wooden cottages with old-fashioned porches. All this creates a unique, very consistent atmosphere of an old Polish village. You can meet friendly people here at every step-not only local residents, but also tourists, sensitive to the beauty of Polish nature.

The Podlasie region is an increasingly interesting destination in domestic tourism. Foreign visitors come mainly to photograph birds during the breeding season, deer during the roaring season and majestic wisents There is no shortage of people eager to explore the region, all thanks to the attractions that people of all ages can experience here.

The property is located in close proximity to the Bialowieza Forest.

The property:

Thoughtfully and carefully designed modern block built of timber in frame and balloon technology, where the side walls of the first floor go into the knee walls of the attic. The choice of wood was Siberian larch, due to how nicely it ages. The expected effect, is a natural graying of the facade to make it consistent with the surroundings. The building is set on a foundation slab. The main idea was to bring as much daylight as possible into the interior and to create the feeling that nature gets inside through the huge glazing that is the wall adjacent to the wilderness. The effect is astounding.

There are five rooms for the owner, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has its own name forming one whole with the decor and atmosphere in it. You can easily overnight up to twelve guests here and the same number of people will be hosted at the large wooden kitchen table.

The materials used in the interior have been carefully selected. Here, too, you will notice the investors' passion for creating a unique atmosphere. The boards found on the walls in the rooms come from a demolished barn, once located on this plot. The ornaments of the curtain grilles and the decorative elements above the beds were made by a local sculptor.

The colorful carpets, vases, wooden headstools and tables are all the work of regional artisans.

The area is unfenced, which allows you to feel the closeness of the surrounding nature, while if you feel the need to create a barrier-we will arrange it.
