The following are permitted: 1) location of garage and utility buildings; 2) location of buildings for craft purposes. The following conditions for land development and building shaping are established: 1) maximum building intensity index – 1.0 2) minimum building intensity index – 0.01 3) minimum percentage share of biologically active area – 30% 4) maximum building area index – 50% 5) dimensions of buildings: maximum building height up to 12 m, with the exception of small architectural objects, advertising devices and garage and utility buildings for which a maximum height of 7 m is established.
