The best spruce wood in class C24 imported from Norway was used to build the house. There is a reason for it - norwegian wood is harder and more dense thanks to a colder growth climate. The internal insulation of the walls is 20 cm of mineral wool and the external insulation is 10 cm with Steico boards, which makes it a comfortable, all year-round house to live in. The roof of the rafter-collar beam structure was insulated with 30 cm of mineral wool and covered with painted sheet metal. There is a floor heating in the whole house plus a fireplace in the living room.

Electricity, water and septic tank will be connected to the plot. Planned completion of works and commissioning of houses in spring 2023.
