Accompanying use: 1) arranged greenery; 2) commuting, walking and driving routes, walking and cycling routes; 3) parking spaces; 4) small architecture objects; 5) facilities, networks and devices of technical infrastructure; 6) field recreational equipment, playgrounds; 7) garages, 8) farm buildings. 4. The following land development conditions are hereby established: 1) areas of newly allocated plots: in MNR2 areas, the area of newly separated plots may not be less than - 1200 m2 2) maximum height of buildings: in MNR2 areas - 9 m, in MNR2 areas outbuildings, garages - 6 m. 3) geometry of roofs in MNR2 areas: - in MNR2 areas - double or multi-pitched roofs, with the same slope of the main roof slopes and the slope angle of the main slopes from 30 ° to 45 °; the ridge should be parallel to the longer side of the building, the roof with a clearly accentuated eave line; the ridge length in the case of multi-pitched roofs should not be less than 1/3 of the length of the entire roof, - in MNR2 areas for service and production buildings and garages, flat and single-pitched roofs with a maximum roof slope of up to 30 ° may be used; 4) window openings in the MNR2 areas - rectangular with vertical articulation, the symmetry of the openings arrangement should be kept in the gable composition; 5) in the MNR2 areas, the architectural form is not specified for specialized facilities related to service, production and agricultural activities, including garages for agricultural equipment, the form, shape and slope of the roof may be shaped depending on the construction and utility requirements of the facilities; 6) acceptable indicators of the building area and biologically active area for MNR2 areas: a) the maximum indicator of the built area cannot exceed 50% of the investment area, b) the biologically active area indicator cannot be lower than 35% of the investment area, MNR2 the rules of protection resulting from the location within the limits of the areas of landscape parks are in force: 1) the provisions of the acts establishing the legal protection of the areas of landscape parks are in force; 2) it is forbidden to carry out any activities that could threaten the natural, historical and cultural values of protected areas; 3) it is forbidden to eliminate and destroy the existing trees within the meaning of separate provisions.
