Your responsibilities
-managing the work of a team of lease management specialists, i.e. coordinating work, delegating tasks, recruiting new employees, conducting on-the-job training -ongoing care of the assigned group of clients and properties -coordination of information flow processes and task implementation -control and audit of subordinated properties -cooperation with external entities (housing communities, service providers) -preparing letters (reports, reports, responses to clients' letters) -ensuring the quality of services provided and a high level of customer satisfaction -close cooperation with other departments of the company -continuous improvement of internal processes and your team
Our expectations
-higher education (administrative fields, management preferred) -experience in team management, including recruitment -good organization of own work and that of the subordinate team -communication and negotiation skills -independence in action, responsibility for the client's interests -working under time pressure and excellent organization of tasks -knowledge of English at an intermediate level -knowledge of the Office suite - especially Excel -experience in a similar position will be an additional advantage

In accordance with art. 13 sections 1 and 2 of general data protection regulation 2016/679 – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", please be informed of the following:
- The Controller of your personal data is Homfi Rental Management sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Kraków at the address of ul. Sukiennicza 8/U8, 31-069 Kraków or Real Estate HR Solutions sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Kraków at the address of ul. Sukiennicza 8/U8, 31-069 Kraków or Real Estate HR Solutions 2 sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Kraków at the address of ul. Sukiennicza 8/U8, 31-069 Kraków, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller".

- If you are applying for a B2B job or commission (civil law agreement), your personal data will be processed for purposes of the current recruitment procedure in accordance with art. 6 section 1 point b, i.e. processing necessary for the performance of a contract, and in accordance with your consent expressed by voluntary submission of your application documents.
- If you are pursuing for employment under a job contract, your personal data in scope established in the provisions of the labour law (Art. 22(1) of the Labour Code) shall be processed for purposes of the current recruitment process in accordance with art. 6 section 1 point c of GDPR and your remaining data like photo or contact details shall be processed in accordance with your consent (art. 6 section 1 point of GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Your personal data will be stored for 30 days following the completion of the recruitment process.
- If you should decided to provide your consent for such, your personal data will be processed for purposes of future recruitments for one year or less if you should withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. To withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for recruitment purposes, please send the appropriate message to the aforementioned e-mail address of the Controller.
- Your personal data may be received by entities providing computer services to the Controller (e.g. e-mail hosting) pursuant to appropriate agreements and by entities authorised to receive personal data in accordance with effective provisions of the law.
- You have the right to request access to the content of your personal data, rectification of your personal data, deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing of your personal data, transfer of your personal data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time with no effect on the legality of processing performed in accordance with said consent before its withdrawal.
- If you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of GDPR, you have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data in scope resulting from art. 22(1) of the Labour Code is required to take part in the recruitment process. Providing other data is strictly voluntary.
- Your personal data will not be subject to automatic decision making, including profiling.
- Due to the fact that the Controller outsources hosting services, your personal data may be processed on servers located outside of the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). The hosting service providers collaborating with the Controller ensure appropriate mechanisms of conformity such as standard contractual clauses to guarantee security of your personal data at a level compliant with GDPR.
Statement of consent:
If you are submitting your CV independently of the current recruitment processes, in order to enter future recruitment processes, or following completion of recruitment for the desired position, please include the following statement of consent in your application documents:
